Shipping Policy
Orders will be mailed via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
*All orders placed with 'Free Shipping' will be mailed via Canada Post.
**Requests for orders sent via courier (Purolator) may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Most orders will be processed same or next business day. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided, once a shipping label has been created. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dropped at our local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and correct mailing address. Parcels returned to us as 'un-deliverable' will be subject to additional shipping fees.

Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order can no longer be cancelled or modified. It is the responsibility of the customer to have entered their email address correctly at check-out.

Shipping prices:
For customers in Canada, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over $125 (subtotal). Some large/heavy items do not qualify for free shipping. These include but are not limited to: liquids, full round bale hay nets, and roping dummies.

For customers in USA, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
